On December 18th, our 5th grade students visited the athletics track of Denia, where they practiced a series of activities corresponding to the Didactic Unit of Physical Education “Initiation to athletics.” The children participated in different tests, such as races or long boat. At the beginning of the session, the Physical Education teacher explained to them the parties that have the track and where the different athletic modalities are carried out. Then they made a warm up before the main activities that were: race of 80m, 400m and 1000m. The students chose in this case the proof they wanted to make. The session ended with the long button. The activity was very motivating and rewarding for all students, and we emphasize this because it is included in the subject of our Erasmus + project with the theme: LET’S MOVE, HEALTHY HABITS.
You can view all the pictures of the activity HERE.
The 3rd and 4th grade students of our school visited the Dénia Sports Center where they participated in a circuit of obstacles and enjoyed some aquatic games.
These activities are part of the Erasmus + project that the school carries out. Some experiences in the person of our students are:
“I went for a pool trip. I had a good time. We have walked on a mattress above the water. We swam a lot in the pool “(Anas)
“Last Friday my friends and I visit the pool. When we arrived we made an obstacle course. Then we went to the pool to make some ways to swim. We also went to a smaller pool where we passed on a cork mattress “(Ruben).

In our school canteen we can visit other countries with the imagination: sometimes we can eat the typical dishes of other countries.
Here you can find two special examples:
Some classes of the Primary School recorded a video in order to say “Merry Christmas” ad to show some typical sweets to the other schools.
The project involved the 3rd grade and the 5th grade of the Primary School. We invited a parmesan association, that help families to have their free grocery shopping. The president explained to the pupils how everybody can help other people.
Not only students were involved, in fact their families helped us to realize the project. With the fruit left-over in our school, some mums created delicious jams. The 21th of March it was made a party where pupils ate pleasures, made by themselves such as juices and bread with ham.
This project helped them to discover the importance to reduce the waste, and also that the food that we put in the garbage can have another life!
